BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. French's spaghetti sauce mix
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef; add sauce mix, tomato paste and water. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meantime, cook lasagna noodles in boiling salt water; drain. Line bottom of lightly greased baking dish with single layer of noodles. cover with 1/4 of meat sauce, 1/4 c. ricotta cheese, and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Repeat to make four layers ending with a layer of sauce. Top with thin slivers of Mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot. Serves 6 to 8 people.
