BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain lasagna for 10-12 minutes in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, place ground beef and sausage in a skillet, cook, until browned. Pour off excess fat, add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour about 1 cup of sauce in bottom of a greased baking dish (9x13). Top with 1/2 of the cooked lasagna, cottage cheese, and Mozzarella; pour about 1 1/2 cups of sauce over noodles. Make another layer with remaining lasagne, cottage cheese, and Mozzarella. Pour over the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees.
