BAKED LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce or your favorite sauce

Mix ricotta, beaten eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper and set aside. Cook lasagna noodles in 4 quarts of boiling water for approximately 15 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to prevent sticking together. Drain.

Put a little tomato sauce on the bottom of 13 x 9 inch oblong pan. Arrange a layer of lasagna, ricotta mixture, grated cheese, several slices of Mozzarella cheese and sauce. Continue this procedure ending with grated cheese and sauce. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until Mozzarella is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes, cut into squares.
