BAKED LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
3 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 med. onion, minced
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (12 oz.) bag lasagne
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and 1 can water, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook 1 package lasagne in 6 quarts water and 3 tablespoons salt for approximately 15 minutes. Drain well.

Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Grease a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Spread a layer of noodles in bottom of dish followed by a layer of Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, and tomato sauce. Repeat. Top with a few noodles, grated Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese. Bake until bubbly. 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
