BAKED CHICKEN | |
4 to 6 chicken breasts 1 onion 1 stalk celery 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can mushrooms Seasoning salt 2 pkgs. Stove Top Stuffing Chicken broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook chicken breasts with one onion and one celery stalk that have been cut up. Add seasoning salt to taste. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with a non-stick spray and crumb chicken (skinless) in the bottom of the pan. Prepare the Stove Top Stuffing using the chicken broth in place of the water in the stuffing directions and set this aside. Mix the cream of mushroom and chicken soups, mushrooms and sour cream. Pour this mixture over the chicken and top with the Stove Top Stuffing. Bake this for 35 minutes. |
