BAKED ROSY CRAB 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. onions and juice
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. crab
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Cracker crumbs

Melt butter; blend flour until bubbly. Stir in soup until thick. Add ingredients and remove from heat. Add crab and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, 1 hour. Easy and delicious.
