Put 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1 1/2 quart bowl and cover in 1/4 cup Heinz 57 Sauce, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 cup water. Cover in plastic wrap or tight fitting lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour - maximum 24 hours.
Remove from marinade and coat pieces in 1 1/2 cups Bisquick plus season salt to taste or use Mrs. Dash's mixed with 1/4 cup Quaker Oat Bran. Saute the coated pieces in equal parts oil and butter melted together in 12 inch skillet, 1/4 inch deep. Brown both sides. Cover and heat on low for 20 minutes. Serves 2.
