MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup

Bring water and butter to boil. Add flour. Beat and let cool a few minutes. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth. Pour on ungreased 11x15 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Make pudding; add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Pour over cake. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
