PORK AND BEAN FAST DISH 
1 lg. can pork & beans
1/2 lb. bacon
1 sm. onion
Brown sugar or syrup
Catsup
Dry or prepared yellow mustard

Fry medium size pan of cut up bacon and chopped onion together. When brown, drain off grease. Add pork & beans (if too juicy, drain off part of it), 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard (prepared) and enough catsup to cover top of beans. Then sprinkle brown sugar over all of above. Stir well and simmer 20 minutes if you want. Fry some strips of bacon to put on top of dish. Can also go in 300 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
