PHEASANT OR CHICKEN BREAST 
4 to 6 breasts, boned and skinned
12 slices bacon
1 1/2 pkgs. dried beef or deer
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can sliced mushrooms

Layer bottom of greased 9x13 pan with dried beef. Wrap each breast with bacon. Arrange breasts on dried beef.

Mix together the soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Pour over breasts and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees.
