CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
2 lb. peppermint patties
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

1. Melt butter. Meanwhile beat eggs together and add liquids to mixed dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 15 inch cake pan.

2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

3. Put peppermint patties evenly distributed across the top and bake for 5 more minutes. Spread melted patties over brownies with a knife.
