BREAKFAST RAISIN BUNS
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. golden raisins, plumped
Lemon Frosting

Combine water, butter, sugar and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once, then over low heat beat with wooden spoon about 1 minute or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth thick dough.

Remove from heat. Continue bating about 2 minutes to cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until mixture has satiny sheen. Stir in raisins. Drop heaping tablespoon about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and firm. Cool slightly on rack. Spread frosting while still warm. (Makes about 20.)

LEMON FROSTING:

Melt 1 tablespoon butter; stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons milk. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in 1 teaspoon each lemon juice and vanilla. Add more milk if too thick and spread on warm buns.
