CINNAMON AND RAISIN BUNS | |
2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar, divided 1 tbsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. milk 1 c. raisins 1/2 tsp. cinnamon In mixing bowl. Stir together flour, 1/2 c. sugar and baking powder, cut in butter. Combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Add raisins. Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar and sprinkle over buns. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until light golden brown. Serve warm. Serves 16. |
