BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (Blue Label)
1/2 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese

Cook broccoli. Drain and mix all ingredients except stuffing, butter and cheese. Sprinkle mixture with cheese. Mix butter and stuffing together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 20-30 minutes (until knife inserted comes out clean).
