MOM'S RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. chopped raw rhubarb

CRUST TOPPING:

1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

SAUCE:

1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix crust ingredients. Press 3/4 of mixture in bottom of cake pan. Place 4 cups chopped rhubarb over crust. Cook sauce until thick. Pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with Cool whip or ice cream.
