CHOCOLATE COOKIE PARFAITS 
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip chocolate non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 c. (14) crushed Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies

1. Layer cookies alternately with whipped topping in 4 (6 ounce) dessert glasses.

2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

MINT: Mix 4 chocolate-covered mint patties with crushed cookies.

TURTLE: Drizzle and sprinkle caramel sauce and chopped pecans between the layers of cookies and whipped topping.
