2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. milk
Red food coloring
4 qt. popcorn, popped

Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and coloring, add baking soda and mix immediately with popcorn.
