BROCCOLI BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped, cooked & drained (no salt)
3/4 c. melted butter
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
6 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and chill 1 hour. Roll in small balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Balls can be made the day before and refrigerated.

I made these and brought them to work for our pot luck luncheon and they were a big hit and everyone wanted the recipe. I put a little more grated cheese along with Romano grated cheese in mine, but the recipe taste delicious and so easy to make and I suggest using a melon scooper to make the balls it's easier and quicker.
