1 c. cream style peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. ground walnuts
1 c. ground dates
1 3/4 c. chocolate bits, melted (for dipping)
Cream peanut butter with sugar; mix in walnuts and dates. Shape into small balls using level teaspoon of mixture. Chill for several hours. Cookies are not baked. Keep chocolate over hot water while dipping peanut balls. Coat one ball at a time with melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper lined pan or tray. Chill several hours or until chocolate is firm. Makes about 8 dozen.
