CHICKEN LIVERS WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 c. diced chicken livers
2 c. button mushrooms
2-3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. cream
Salt & pepper
4 tbsp. sherry

Saute mushrooms in butter, then add liver; a few at a time and stir briskly. Sprinkle with flour. Add cream and seasoning to taste. Simmer 5 minutes. Add sherry. Heat through and serve. Serves 4.
