1 box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix, sifted
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. carrots, grated
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients, then add the other ingredients.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 1/2 boxes 4x sugar
12 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Combine.
