OLD FASHIONED CARROT CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots

FROSTING:

1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed nuts

Add to dry ingredients salad oil, and eggs, one at a time. Beat after each addition. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Add frosting after cooling. FROSTING: mix together and spread.
