EASY CARROT CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1/4 c. water 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. shredded carrots 1/2 c. chopped nuts FROSTING: 13 oz. cream cheese 1 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. powdered sugar Frosting: Combine ingredients and frost cake. Mix all together and pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
