EASY CARROT CAKE 
Prep 15 Min./Bake 35 Min.

1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (16 oz.) container ready-to-spread cream cheese frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Spread cake with frosting. 12 servings.
