SEA STIX SALAD 
8 oz. Sea Stix thawed and chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine Sea Stix and celery in a bowl; mix in mayonnaise and onions. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Chill at least 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
