1/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups boiling water

Mix the cornstarch, cocoa, and honey to a paste with the 1/4 cup warm water. Add boiling water and cook for a few minutes. Add butter, salt and vanilla.

Serve warm or cold. Top with whipped cream.
