HOT FUDGE PUDDING 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. butter

TOPPING:

Sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip for lower calorie count

Combine eggs, sugar and flour. Melt cocoa and butter together; cool slightly and add to above mixture. Add nuts and vanilla and mix well. Bake in a buttered 9 inch square Pyrex baking dish set in a pan of hot water at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Dish and serve with whipped topping. This is so rich and so good that it is sinful BUT I just have to have it occasionally and I thank (I think) my daughter-in-law for getting it to me!
