GERMAN CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 pkg. German chocolate
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and shortening; add sugar, then vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Melt two kinds of chocolate in double boiler and add to shortening and sugar mixture. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add alternately with milk beating well after each addition. Pour in 10 inch tube pan that's greased and floured. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Leave in pan until cool.
