2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients very well. Add milk and cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
