Golden dip fish batter
Halibut steaks, boneless
HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing pkg.
Vegetable oil (to fill deep fat fryer half way)

Make batter according to package directions. Cut fish into 2" pieces. Heat oil to frying temperature. Dip fish in batter and put in hot oil. Done when floats to top and is golden and crispy. Serve with HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch as a dip. This fish is just like Long John Silvers. May also substitute boneless, skinless chicken for fish.
