PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 3/4 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (16 oz.) bowl Cool Whip 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie shell Makes 2 pies. In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and vanilla and beat until creamy. Beat in Cool Whip and turn into prepared pie crust. Save enough Cool Whip to top pie. Chill several hours. |
