MACARONI TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. macaroni

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add soup, 1/2 cup water and half the cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Cook macaroni by directions on package. Pour into buttered baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
