RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut rhubarb in inch long pieces. Mix rhubarb with sugar, flour, salt and ginger. Place in shallow baking pan.

Cover rhubarb mixture with topping: 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter
