RHUBARB CRISP 
3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix these ingredients together and spread in 8 x 8 x 2 baking pan.

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2/3 c. flour

Mix butter, brown sugar, flour and spread over rhubarb mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
