RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 apple, diced
1 tsp. grated orange rind

TOPPING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange rhubarb in ungreased square pyrex dish (8 x 8 x 2 inches). Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. Mix in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 40-50 minutes until topping is golden brown.

Microwave Directions: Prepare recipe as above. Microwave uncovered on full power (100%) until fruit is tender (12-14 minutes).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
