SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Minced onion and garlic salt to taste

12 oz. chili sauce
1 lb. 2 oz. grape jelly (Welch's)

Combine ground beef, egg, salt, onion and garlic salt and form into appetizer size balls. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly over low heat until well blended. Place meatballs in sauce and cook slowly until done in center. Meatballs will be dark in color. Cook about 1 1/2 hours. Makes 40. Leave meatballs in sauce and serve with toothpicks.
