STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Bird Eyes quick thaw strawberries or fresh strawberries
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip (8 oz.)
Graham cracker pie crust

Dissolve gelatin with boiling water. Add frozen strawberries; stir until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken. Blend in Cool Whip. Whip until smooth. Pour in graham cracker pie crust and chill.
