FRENCH MINTS 
2 lbs. Merkins or Nestles Dark Chocolate Wafers
1 lb. Smooth Green Mint Wafers

Melt 1 pound dark chocolate slowly in double boiler or in microwave on low, stirring every minute. Must be smooth. Pour into 15" x 10" jelly roll pan and tap until smooth. Leave on counter. Likewise, melt mint wafers and pour over chocolate layer after it has slightly set up. Repeat chocolate layer on top. Let set and slice into 1/2" squares before it's hard. (If you go to slice and it is pulling chocolate up, let it set longer.) The wafers are available at candy supply stores and some grocery stores.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
