CHEESE SOUFFLE 
3 cups croutons
6-ounces grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place croutons in well greased baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over croutons. Soak overnight.

Bake at 325°F for 55-60 minutes.
