EASY CHEESE SOUFFLE 
5 slices white bread
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Trim and cube bread. Place 1/2 of cubes on bottom of a seasoned 8 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top of bread. Cover with remaining bread and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Mix together the next 4 ingredients and pour over bread and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (to double, use a 9 x 13 inch pan).

Variations: Sprinkle bread with garlic powder, paprika, chopped onion or chopped chives.
