PSEUDO CHEESE SOUFFLE 
8 slices white bread, buttered
3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of paprika

Cut crusts from bread and cube it. Sprinkle bread with cheese in a 2 quart casserole souffle dish. Mix eggs, milk, salt, paprika and dry mustard. Pour over bread and cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
