HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE 
16 slices white sandwich style bread, cut off crusts & cube
1 lb. cubed ham
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut into sm. pieces
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Grease 9"x13" glass baking dish. Spread half the bread cubes evenly in dish. Add ham and both cheeses, then cover with remaining bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk, onion salt and mustard. Pour evenly over bread cubes and refrigerate overnight. Combine corn flakes and butter for a topping. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered for 40 minutes. Serves 10.
