BARBEQUE I 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper
Salt & pepper
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar (more if needed)

Brown ground beef. Add onion, pepper, salt and green pepper. Saute until onion is transparent.

Mix together catsup, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Pour over beef mixture.

Simmer 1/2 hour. Serve on bun with cole slaw.
