PEACH SAUCE (FOR POULTRY) 
1 lg. can peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 box lemon gelatin

Drain the syrup from the canned peaches and set it aside for later. Puree the peaches in the blender. To the peach syrup, add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid. Add sugar and nutmeg to the liquid and put it in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for about 1 minute.

Empty the gelatin into a small bowl and stir in the hot liquid mixture until the gelatin is dissolved, then add the pureed peaches. Pour it into a mold and chill until set.

This recipe can be made without sugar and with diet gelatin for those who are not allowed sugar or want a less sweet taste.
