PEACH SAUCE 
1 lg. can peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin

Drain peaches, saving syrup. Puree peaches in blender. To peach syrup add enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Pour into saucepan and add sugar and nutmeg.

Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour gelatin into bowl. Stir in hot liquid mixture until gelatin is dissolved. Add pureed peaches; chill until set.

NOTE: Use instead of cranberries with turkey dinner or use for those who don't like cranberries.
