5 or 6 tart apples

Mix together:

3 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. brown or maple sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and core apples. Fill with mixture, sprinkle with sugar. Place in baking dish and add 1 cup hot water. Bake in moderate oven.
