ZERO DRESSING 
Quick, easy and almost no calories.

1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper

Chopped parsley, green pepper, horseradish or mustard, etc. may be added if desired. Combine ingredients in a jar with tightly fitted top. Shake well before using.
