ONE SKILLET CHICKEN 
2 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1/2 bottle Walden's Italian dressing
1 can potatoes, sliced
1 can green beans
2/3 c. crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

In container with a tight lid, marinate chunked chicken in Italian dressing for 3 or 4 hours or overnight. In large frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil; cook chicken for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, turn down heat to low. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with salad and rice. Enjoy. Serves 4.
