JUICY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. crushed crackers
1 c. tomato juice or 1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pack firmly into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
