2 lb. round steak, cut into 1x3" strips
Meat tenderizer
Red & black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Cooking oil

Pound steak; add meat tenderizer and peppers. Dip in egg, then in bread crumbs. Sprinkle with green onions, bell pepper and parsley. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Drop in cooking oil and fry until brown.
